Since 1984, Dr. Glenn has assisted independent business persons, opinion and market research organizations, educational institutions, and graduate students as subcontractor and contractor on more than 300 projects. End-clients have included private companies, public and non-profit agencies, states, counties, cities, utility districts, political campaigns (both candidates and ballot measures), school districts, and universities. He has also worked on over 60 jury behavior research studies.

Dr. Glenn earned his doctorate in Psychology from Texas Tech University in 1980 and a masters degree in Counseling from the University of Oregon in 1975.
